Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Sovra

We want you to love what you buy from The Sovra, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and won’t be able to make changes or cancel the order.

To request a cancellation within the window, please email us at thesovra@gmail.com with your order number.

No Refunds – Store Credit Only

We do not offer cash refunds. If you need to return an item, we’ll issue you store credit in the form of a digital gift card that you can use for future purchases. This credit will never expire and can be used on anything from our store.

Conditions for Returns (for store credit):

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.

How to Request a Return

Email thesovra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
